Looking for a non smoker roomate for a furnished 3 bedroom house on a farm south of Stittsville and West of the Village of Richmond willing to do chores in exchange for accomadations. I only require roughly 250 a month to cover your utilities.However this is also negotiable for the right person.
I work out of town most of the week so you would have the house to yourself most of the time. Chores take about an hour in the morning and an hour to an hour and a half at night for me. Its a mixed farm with laying hens, sheep and a few horses. I take over the chores on the weekends unless work keeps me out of Ottawa. Looking for somone for end February or mid March. This is a terrific situation for someone who has a low budget but does not mind working off thier rent. I have a couple of indoor pets so although I am pet friendly it really does depend on what type of pet. I am currently working out of town so email is really the only way to get in touch at the moment until i am back in town mid Feb Weekend.
